- Installation with MYKE – 5 year warranty, 100% of purchase price in store credit on hardy trees and shrubs*
* This excludes roses, ericaceous plants (i.e. rhododendron, azaleas, etc.), live Christmas trees & clearance material.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
- All warranty claims must be accompanied with a register receipt. (Credit card statements and plant tags are not considered receipts.)
- Plant material with a 5 year warranty will display “MYKE – 5yr warranty” on receipt.
- Proof of trees or shrub’s death may be provided by bringing in the plant or by photograph. Hardy refers to trees and shrubs that are listed to be hardy in USDA Zone 5 or lower.
- Rose & Ericaceous plants carry NO warranty. Ericaceous refers to plants in the Heather family – Rhododendron, Azalea, Pieris, Kalmia (Mountain Laurel), Enkianthus, Oxydendrun (Sourwood), Vaccinium (Blueberry), etc.
- Warranty void when plant death is due to neglect, acts of nature, mechanical or animal damage, or abuse.
- Warranty with installation includes only the price of plant material & does not include planting fee.
