We specialize in the installation of a (low) 12 volt system, which is economical and safe to operate. Our highly skilled design and installation professionals attend yearly seminars updating their knowledge of new product lines and procedures. An irrigation system distributes water most economically and protects your landscape investment. Aesthetically, our method of trenchless installation with the use of the vibratory plow leaves little evidence of yard disturbance. Hydro-Seeding & Sod Lawns – Hyrdro-seeding is the composition of water, fertilizer, hydro-mulch, seeds, or sprigs and a gumming agent. This mixture is sprayed onto the prepared grade, forming a green mat of material similar to paper mache. This covering helps deter erosion, and enhances initial seed germination and growth. In addition, hydro-seeding yields a better stand of grass, helping to keep lawns virtually weed-free.
Sod provides instant beauty and instant value. Within a few hours, sod can transform a yard from bare soil to a lush carpet of mature grass. Our sod is soil grown and fertilized for two years in Ohio for better adaptability and establishment. The final product is a velvety green carpet of weed-free blue grass blended and formulated for hardiness, disease and shade resistance. In addition, sod provides quick soil stabilization in erosion-prone areas.
Aeration allows air, water and nutrients to quickly reach the root zone by relieving compacted soil and opening up the thatch layer. It also stimulates new growth, improves drainage, provides a better environment for over-seeding, and increases the effectiveness of applied fertilizers and control products.
